Mylene is Managing Partner and co-founder of The Elephant in The Room consultancy.

She has over a decade of Entrepreneurial and management consulting experience in the EMEA region. She joined the Financial Advisory department at Mazars (Paris, France) as a fresh graduate, then ventured to co-found, launch, and expand Education Basket, today a regionally leading educational consultancy company, being spinned into an EDTech app.

As an independent consultant, she supported executives of diverse B2B and B2C companies in the region by advising on overall organizational restructuring, establishment of standard operational procedures, reshaping of sales strategy, optimization of resources, as well as market penetration and business expansion strategy.

Mylene graduated from Sciences Po University (Paris, France) with a master’s degree in Finance and Strategy and a bachelor’s degree in Middle Eastern studies.
