Jessica Naime is Partner and Co- Founder at The Elephant in the Room consultancy.
She has over 10 years of experience as COO and co-founder of Education Basket, where she drives and oversees multilevel operations that connect students, partner universities and diverse stakeholders across countries and continents.

She is specialized in the design and implementation of adaptive business processes, operational audit, optimization of internal communication and alignment of resources across organizational levels. All throughout, she is steadfast in fostering employee engagement processes for training, development and appraisal that maximize employee retention.

Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Cultural Journalism from Sorbonne Nouvelle University (Paris, France) and an Bachelor degree in French Literature from Saint Joseph University (Beirut, Lebanon).
