A European Ministry of Economy mandated us to perform a comparative study of two recent innovations in Europe online banks and automotive cashiers in big malls. The objective was to incentivize corporations and private equities to focus on these innovations to make them easier to handle and make people use them with a better background.
Findings: both innovations have similar features but also many differences
We found that they are not equally mature and do not have the same success with users
The highlighted pros and cons of each innovation paved the way for the client towards a detailed and relevant scope of action
