Haytham has extensive experience in the Middle East and Gulf countries, specializing in Legal Compliance, Human Capital Development, Strategic Workforce Planning and Implementation, HR Policies and Compliance and Corporate Governance and Board Secretaryship

He holds an LL.M. in Information and Intellectual Property Law from Sagesse University and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Lebanese University. His deep expertise in both Civil and Common Law jurisdictions makes him a valuable asset in navigating corporate legal matters, business strategy, and innovation.
